From the 2022-2023 league season we are required to have all Saint Francis Hockey Club players, coaches and umpires to register on the England Hockey Game Management System (GMS).

All adult league games will require captains to complete team sheets on the EH GMS before the specified deadlines. The captains will only be able to select players that are registered on the England Hockey GMS (non-registered players cannot be added to the team sheet).

If you are not registered on the GMS, you won’t be able to play. This is to reduce and monitor ‘doubling-up’ or 'playing down', tracking of appearances, goals and cards.

Please can you do this as soon as possible as we need to avoid last-minute issues before the season starts. Applications need to be approved by club officials and if transferring from a different club, the player needs to request a transfer and be approved by both the old and Saint Francis. The process is roughly 5 mins. For players who are Under 18. A parent needs to complete the application first and then complete the details afterwards.
